Returns

Lone Star Stogies will accept returns for either store credit or money back, however we do require that you contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.  Please contact us by phone so that we are able to assist in a timely manner.  We cannot accept returns after 5 days of receipt or without prior authorization.  Also, any returned cigars must be shipped with proper humidification and with all of the original packaging the were shipped with.  Please note, any cigars that are cut or smoked will not be accepted as returns.

In the rare instance that a box arrives damaged due to shipping, please note the damage with the shipper and notify us via phone or email as soon as possible.  We will replace any damaged goods immediately but we do need the original damaged goods to do so. We can not refund shipping charges if the package is returned due to no signature.

If you feel the need to return any goods for any other reason, please contact us via phone or email and we will do everything reasonable to ensure you have a great experience.
