In the rare instance that a box arrives damaged, please note the damage with the shipper and notify us via phone or email as soon as possible.  We will replace any damaged goods immediately but we do need the original damaged goods to do so. 

If you feel the need to return any goods for any other reason, please contact us via phone or email and we will do everything reasonable to ensure you have a great experience.

We will not accept a returned cigar if it has been cut or smoked.
