Shipping
All of our cigars are handled with care. Each order is properly packaged to ensure a safe delivery. We may open full box orders to ensure quality (we of course will leave any and all inserts within the box).
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Some smaller orders may be shipped via Priority Mail at our discretion. Insurance will be taken by Lone Star Stogies on every order to protect both of us. In the unfortunate case a shipment arrives damaged, you need to note the damage with the shipper and email us immediately so that we can begin the process of getting the items returned and a new shipment to you.
Note: Any orders shipped into Texas will be charged the Texas sales tax of 8.25%.
